Our company has been in business for over 35 years and we have dedicated ourselves to providing you with the most affordable, comfortable student housing available.

 

All utilities are included with monthly rent except cable and internet. There is parking available with all locations. Also, there’s a washer and dryer available to all units. locations are on the downtown campus within walking distance to the PRT, dining, and nightlife.

 

IMPORTANT TENANT MOVE IN INFORMATION:

 JKL Rentals LLC, East End Village Rentals, and Jewelman LLC will need to schedule a “move in” meeting with you so you can receive important information and we can obtain necessary information to contact you during the summer months.

 

     There is a cover sheet that needs to be finalized at this time and we will also discuss the following:

          •Security Deposit Paid

          •Last Months Rent Paid

          •1st months rent due May 10th. (Reminder, rent due by the 10th of each month)

          •1st months rent must be paid in order to obtain keys

          •Key pick up to begin on Friday, May 16, 2014

          •Discuss if tenants will be attending summer school

          •Parking information/ parking permits

 

This meeting is important for an easy move-in, please call the office to set up your appointment at 304 288 1572 at least one to two weeks before your lease is to begin.

 

Our office is located at 318 Richwood Avenue, Morgantown, WV, 26501, on the bottom level.  All keys can be picked up at our office.  Regular hours are between 10am - 6pm Monday thru Friday.
