and a combination of market rate and affordable apartment rentals
New and rehabilitated homes in the Maple/Ogden/Jackson Addition area are near the city-operated
Windmill Park. Homes and rental units in the Virginia/Gaston area are near West Fairmont Middle School. Both neighborhoods
are easily accessed via the new I-79 Gateway Connector. As the re-building proceeds, attractive, high-quality
rehabilitated homes and new construction homes are replacing older, blighted homes.
